User Dashboard (Space Owners)

The User Dashboard for space owners is your central hub for managing your listings, bookings, and profile on Workspace. If you selected “I want to rent my property” upon registration, you’ll have access to tools and features designed to help you showcase your workspaces and manage interactions efficiently.

Key Features of the Dashboard #

1. Dashboard Overview #

The main dashboard provides a snapshot of your account’s performance, including:

  • Account Summary:
    • Total Properties: The number of properties you’ve added.
    • Published Properties: Properties currently visible to potential guests.
    • Favorite Properties: Spaces you’ve saved as favorites.
  • Next Bookings:
    • A list of upcoming confirmed bookings with dates and times.
  • Bookings – Last 30 Days:
    • A graphical representation of booking values over the past month.
    • Helps you track your workspace’s performance and revenue trends.
  • Account History (Last 7 Days):
    • A detailed log of recent activities, such as property deletions and updates.
  • Your Most Visited Listings:
    • Displays your properties with the highest views to highlight popular listings.
  • Your Most Booked Listings:
    • Provides the total number of bookings and revenue for your most successful listings.

2. My Profile #

The My Profile section allows you to update your personal and business details.
Key fields include:

  • Contact Information: Name, phone number, and email.
  • Business Links: Website, social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • About Me: Share details about your business to help attract clients.
  • Payment Information: Add an email address for receiving payments (e.g., booking fees or refunds).

You can also:

  • Upload a profile picture.
  • Upload an ID for verification.
  • Update or reset your password.

3. My Subscription #

Manage your subscription details, including:

  • Your current plan.
  • Billing status and renewal dates.
  • Options to upgrade your subscription or downgrade to the free plan.

4. Add New Listing #

This section allows you to create new workspace listings.

  • Add details like workspace type, amenities, location, and pricing.
  • Upload high-quality images to showcase your property.
  • Set booking rules (e.g., hourly or daily rates, availability).

5. All in One Calendar #

The All in One Calendar provides a visual overview of all bookings for your listings.

  • Easily track available and reserved dates.
  • Manage overlapping bookings or scheduling conflicts.

6. My Bookings #

View and manage incoming booking requests:

  • Approve or reject requests.
  • Check details like dates, client information, and special requests.
  • Issue invoices for confirmed bookings.

7. My Reservations #

Keep track of reservations you’ve made as a guest (if applicable).

8. My Reviews #

This section allows you to:

  • View feedback from guests about your listings.
  • Respond to reviews to build trust and improve visibility.

9. My Inbox #

Communicate directly with clients or prospective guests.

  • Answer inquiries about your listings.
  • Coordinate booking details efficiently.

10. Invoices #

Access and manage your billing information:

  • View issued invoices for bookings.
  • Track payment statuses.
