Booking a workspace on Workspace is simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to understand how the process works:
Types of Listings: Hourly and Daily #
Workspace offers two types of booking options to fit your unique needs:
- Hourly Listings
Perfect for short-term requirements, such as meetings, brainstorming sessions, or focused work sessions. Hourly listings allow you to book spaces by the hour, providing flexibility and cost-efficiency. - Daily Listings
Ideal for longer commitments, such as a full day of work, events, or conferences. Daily listings are booked for a 24-hour period or based on the workspace’s operational hours.
When browsing listings, you’ll be able to see whether the space offers hourly or daily booking options, helping you choose the one that best matches your schedule and budget.
Step 1: Register or Login #
Before making a booking request, users need to register or log in to their Workspace account. This ensures that their contact information is securely saved and tied to the booking.

This step is mandatory for both guests and property owners to manage their listings and bookings.
Step 2: Send a Booking Request #
For regular bookings (hourly or daily):
- Select your desired workspace listing.
- Use the booking form to input your start date and end date, or specific hours if it’s an hourly listing.
- The system will check the workspace’s availability and calculate the total price, considering any applicable pricing options.
- If the details look good, click the Book button to submit your request.
Instant Booking #
Workspace also offers instant booking for certain listings, making the process faster and more convenient.
- For listings with instant booking enabled, owner approval is not required.
- Once you’ve selected an instant booking listing, you can directly confirm your reservation by proceeding to payment without waiting for the owner’s response.
- After payment is completed, the booking is immediately confirmed, and the space is reserved for your selected time.
Look for the instant booking badge on listings to identify spaces with this feature.
Step 3: Owner Approves or Rejects the Request #
After submitting a booking request:
- The property owner is notified and can view the request in their My Bookings page within the admin area.
- The owner can review the details and decide to approve or reject the request.
- If approved, the owner will issue an invoice to the user.
Step 4: Pay the Invoice #
Once the owner issues an invoice:
- The user receives a notification to pay the invoice to confirm the booking.
- Go to the My Reservations page and pay the invoice via one of the available payment options.
- Upon successful payment, the booking is confirmed, and the workspace’s availability is updated in the listing calendar.
Note: The admin fee covers a portion of the total payment. The remaining balance must be settled directly between the guest and the property owner.
Step 5: Cancel an Approved Booking #
Workspace allows property owners to cancel confirmed bookings if necessary:
- Owners can delete confirmed bookings directly through the admin area.
- This option ensures flexibility for unexpected changes.
